Depending on the version of the child theme, you may have run into an issue with missing images after the install process.

Some users have reported that only a fraction of the 50+ images show up in their "Media" section after one-click installation.

Later versions of the 5 Star Hotel child theme do not have this issue & you can download newer versions where purchased, but if you do experience this problem & wish to resolve manually, please follow these steps:

1. Create a new folder on your computers' desktop. This is where the images will temporarily be stored.

2. Open the 5 Star Hotel child theme ZIP file you've downloaded. This ZIP file contains the contents of the child theme, including images.

3. Inside the ZIP archive, locate & open the following folder > [jedi-apprentice]

4. Inside [jedi-apprentice] > open the folder entitled [demo-data] > then open the folder entitled [media]

5. This [media] folder contains all of the child theme images. Select All images in this folder & copy them to the new folder on your desktop.

6. In your websites Admin Dashboard, navigate to Media > Library

7. Ensure that you're viewing your Media Library in "List View". If you're unsure how to do this & have the Imagify plugin installed, click the banner link which reads "Switch to the List View".

8. Review the names of files in your Media Library. You'll want to delete the images with the same file names in your desktop folder which were successfully installed on your website.

9. After reviewing & deleting the files in your desktop folder which match those in your website's Media Library, proceed to the next step.

10. Click the "Add New" button at the top of your websites' Media Library.

11. You'll notice a box which says "Drop files here". Select All the remaining images in your desktop folder & drop them into that box. The images will begin to upload.

12. Once the upload process is complete, you may wish to visit the front-end of your website to see the demo images populating their relevant sections. Hint: clear your browser & website cache if you do not see any changes.

13. Certain sections of the website will still be missing images, especially those designated as "Posts". You may need to view each Post Type (Room, Spa, Dining, Packages, etc.) & add the missing images to Posts manually. This might include the "Featured Image" for each Post, which is the image you see when viewing front-end Page listings.

This work-around process may seem laborious, but if nothing else it's a way to familiarize yourself with the theme's layout for further customization. For those who've experienced this issue, we offer a heartfelt apology for any inconvenience.
