Sometimes an installation can go wrong & you'd like a fresh start. We've certainly been there.
In this event, we recommend a free plugin from the WordPress repository called "Advanced WordPress Reset" by Younes JFR. This plugin resets your website to stock status in a matter of seconds, deleting any failed installations. It does not however delete your theme files or plugins (only deactivates them).
You'll need to type "reset" twice for the process to work. When done you simply log back in & start fresh.
Be sure to have the default WordPress theme installed prior to starting this process. If you wish, you can also install & utilize "Advanced Database Cleaner" by the same author to clean up any lingering data (often this is unnecessary).
This is our preferred method for starting fresh when reinstalling the 5 Star Hotel child theme.
Note that you'll need to reactivate any premium plugins you may have purchased prior to the import process - including HBook, Divi Blog Extras & Divi Testimonial Slider.
