The 5 Star Hotel child theme package is large. That's partially due to the 50+ images included in the zip file. This and other factors can lead to timeout errors during the demo import process.
Especially on shared hosting environments (including SiteGround's GoGeek package), PHP timeout errors occur due to low default values.
If you encounter an error during import, or the screen remains blank for longer than 5 minutes during import, please follow these steps:
1. Contact your hosting provider. Request they increase the dynamic timeout of your website.
2. Have them go to cPanel > PHP Variables Manager and set up all server values to their maximum in case they were setting to anything less before.
3. Follow the steps in this article: "I Need to Start From Scratch, Help!"
4. Attempt the demo import again and please be patient, as the install process can take several minutes without progress notifications.
5. If the install fails again, please create a support ticket and we will follow-up with you as soon as possible. For faster processing, please include a temp admin login with your support request.
Note: If you're hosting with Flywheel, you'll need to disable Privacy Mode before the installation process, otherwise errors may occur.
