During the one-click demo content installation process, a plugin should have been installed and activated called "Better Search Replace". This is a free plugin from the WordPress.org repository.

We're going to use this Better Search Replace plugin to swap-out the link and button URLs on the website (currently pointing to our localhost development environment) to your domain. To do this:

Navigate to: Admin Menu > Tools > Better Search Replace > Search/Replace > Search for:

http://localhost/5starhotel/

Replace with (your domain):

https://www.your-domain-name.com/

Select tables: All (select a table from the list then CTRL+A [PC] CMD+A [Mac] to select all tables) > Replace GUIDs?: Yes > Run as dry run?: No > click the "Run Search/Replace" button.

If you wish to learn what has been updated, click the details link (results info box at the top of the page).

Next, we need to clear the cache from all possible caching centers. Please review the previous caching article for more tips, but it's vital we clear Divi's Static CSS cache at this time. To do this:

Navigate to: Admin Menu > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced tab > Static CSS File Generation: Enable > click the "Clear" button > Static CSS File Generation: Disable > click "Save Changes" button.

Next, review your website's buttons and links to ensure they've been updated to URLs on your domain. Satisfied with this, delete the Better Search Replace plugin. To do this:

Navigate to: Admin Menu > Plugins > Installed Plugins > find Better Search Replace in the list > click "Deactivate" > once deactivated, click "Delete".

In the next article, we're going to cover updating demo testimonials on posts and pages.
